Coach Joe Minucci is the head Coach of Saint Anthony's High School. They are a perennial powerhouse in football, and the 2022 New York State Champions. 

Minucci, a former American football defensive lineman, played four seasons in the Arena Football League (AFL) with the Nashville Kats and Cleveland Gladiators. He played college football at University of Delaware. He also played in the NFL with the New York Jets, Tennessee Titans, New Orleans Saints and Baltimore Ravens.
