News and Highlights from the Long Island Elite National Team Program.
The Long Island Elite National Team
14 Years of Excellence
We see you. Everyone does. And we're going to start calling you out publicly by name for your public hatred on young children and posting your screenshots, videos, and negativity that is hurting Long Island football and creating division rather than kindness and unity.
You know who these guys are. They are not good role models. Everyone knows them and sees the hate they post online. Jealousy and envy consume them. No coincidence it's the same names that keep popping up.
They claim to be about developing players and building football, but the very
nature of their actions and hateful conduct hurts football in our region. You know who these guys are. Everyone does. They only care about their own sons, their own program, and chasing trophies that will be meaningless in 3 years. They only care about their son and kids wearing their program's jerseys.
Everyone
knows them from the youth through high school ranks because their names just keep popping up over and over with the same negativity. Their reputation precedes them.
For 14 years Long Island Elite Football has been spending it's time elevating football across Long Island from the youth through high school levels
and unifying like-minded coaches, families, and players. Often 2/3 of our rosters have need-based financial help and full scholarships.
We have been collaborating and helping kids from 5 to 15 years old through
recruiting & NIL education, developing their skills, and preparing them to play the highest level of high school and college football.
If you live in Long Island and you play football our resources are yours no matter what jersey you wear. FREE. Our program has a registration fee that is a lot higher than town ball, but we have a year-long program and we play in prestigious places. We deliver on value.
Our support and resources with recruiting are
free to every kid who plays football in Long Island whether they are a Long Island Elite player or not.
At one time or another Coach Filardi and many of our coaches and leaders have helped NON-LIE495 kids from Montauk to Manhattan with their recruiting.
We care about every Long Island Kid's football dreams and help many players, coaches, and families outside of our organization. That is what football brotherhood is about.
Every team and program does things differently. We don't always agree with how other teams do things. Often we don't. But you won't see us going out of our way to waste time hating online and making adolescent posts.
Our communication policy forbids players, coaches, and families from making hate posts or participating in the senseless keyboard and troll wars of youth football.
We are out here
coaching football. We are teaching boys life lessons. We are teaching young kids and their families about training, branding, ethics, academics, social media, and time-management. We are teaching them to be good humans with kindness in their hearts, not hate.
We do this for the love of the game and to raise young men with class who will succeed in the world. Because at some point football ends for everyone.
Class and character always prevail, not the clowns you see posting hate
online.
Some dads and coaches teach their kids football. Others teach their kids how to hate. We’ll stay on the side of discipline, kindness, and building better humans.
An abundance mindset builds kids. A scarcity mindset trolls posts. We choose growth, gratitude, and character. Others choose hate and teach their kids the same.
Strong men pour into their circle. Weak men pour negativity into everyone else’s.
We lead with positivity, discipline, and kindness. That’s why our kids rise in high school not just on the field
but as young men with good character.
A positive, disciplined culture always threatens those who thrive on drama. We’ll stay rooted in character and abundance. The rest can keep shouting from the cheap seats.
Kindness and character scale. Hate doesn’t. That’s why programs with an abundance mindset always outgrow the ones run on bitterness.
